growing hair tips

I learnt from my sister that learnt from my cousin that we must do certain to grow our hair. A quick word of advice is that this might not be for all hair types…1. Wash your hair twice a month: being a person whom washes their hair each week, i thought this was insane but i learned that washing it weekly actually takes the moisture out of hair and scalp.

2. oil your scalp: not your hair which means that a person must part their hair to do this  and to reap the benefits of this; i recommend these: olive oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil,tea tree oil and castor oil.

3.Moisturize your hair: this you’d  need to buy a moisturizer  that you like and that contains no mineral oil nor petroleum  and that is preferable natural.

4. comb and brush  your hair: do this about 100 times, you know like Rapunzel and i recommend also doing it at bedtime as well.

5. don’t add more product: this means that you don’t add more oil nor moistureizer when your hair has plenty of it; i recommend feeling one’s hair and scalp to determine this.

6.healthy diet: this implies that you eat a well  diet to benefit hair growth and one’s overall health as well as taking multi-supplementation.

To finish this post  i know that all of us know about sleeping good, water intake, etc. i do hope this post helps others as it helped me.

P.S.  ask advice on hair experts or family relative that know things to grow your hair out; i recommend family members as they are way more trustworthy on such topics and same for hairstylists that one’s familiar with.

Have fun with your hair! (^.^)
